The Digit Span Test primarily measures an individual’s ability to remember and recall sequences of digits over a short period. It is based on the principle that an individual’s short-term memory capacity is limited. By asking participants to repeat sequences of digits presented in a specific order, the test can evaluate the span of their short-term memory.

• 注意广度评估： 采用数字距测试方法，检查者以每秒1位数的速度念出数字串，受检者需正向复述和逆向复述。正向数字距为7±2位为正常阈值，低于5则提示注意广度缺陷。
  Assessment of Attentional Span: Using the digit span test method, the examiner reads out strings of digits at a rate of one digit per second, and the examinee is required to repeat them forward and backward. A forward digit span of 7±2 digits is considered the normal threshold, while a score below 5 indicates a deficit in attentional span.

• 瞬时记忆评估： 要求受检者立即复述一串数字，一次正确复述长度低于5位表明瞬时记忆缺陷。
  Assessment of Immediate Memory: The examinee is asked to immediately repeat a string of digits. The ability to correctly repeat a sequence of fewer than 5 digits indicates a deficit in immediate memory.
